- This brake light reversing camera supplied in this kit is the most popular type of reverse camera for Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroen Relay vans built between 2006-present, and more recently 2022+ new model Movano vans.
- Simply remove the existing brake light by pressing down the 3 tabs (top and bottom) with a small flat head screw driver to release the light strip. Then insert in to the new brake light housing supplied in this kit with the built in reverse camera.
- The 7" display used in this kit is one of the best we have ever seen, it comes from a very reliable and good quality factory - not to be confused with other similar cheap and cheerful monitors sold elsewhere.
- Either use the static guidelines that the brake light reversing camera generates, or turn these off, and use the programmable guideline function of this top of the range monitor (requires connection to reverse light).
- The monitor has a green reverse trigger wire, if you attach this to a reverse light feed, then the monitor/camera will trigger ON/OFF with reverse gear.
- The monitor provides power to the camera, so just one power feed is required to produce a picture. This also means that you can turn the camera on at any time you wish, including full time. Please note that the camera will be angled down (optimised for parking), so would not see all the way down the road.
- Avoids CANBUS issues as the monitor powers the camera from the power supply at the front.
